Hi, I’m sharing this review because I think responsiveness matters—especially in caregiving.
My disabled mom reached out to Genuine Home Care Agency with an introductory email explaining what her needs, her restrictions and availability were. It was clear, respectful, and detailed.
She never received a reply. Not even a ‘sorry, we can’t help.’
If a company isn’t able to take on a client, that’s completely understandable. But not responding at all—when families are navigating care for a loved one—is disappointing and unprofessional.
Caregiving is about trust, communication, and reliability. Silence doesn’t build any of those.
I’m sharing this so other families know what to expect and so companies understand that a simple response goes a long way
