I'd been bringing my mom to your office for the last few years

I take care of my mom. She's disabled and uses a rollator walker. She has really bad vertigo as a result of multiple TBI's (abuse-related). She cannot look up/down without getting dizzy. She sees double out of her left eye. She has a bad knee as a result of a 350# man falling on her on a bus

ANYTIME she's gone to your office I've ALWAYS been allowed into the scanning room in order to help my mom and your staff. Mom gets dizzy REALLY easy. She loses her balance really easy

YOUR staff member refused to let me in

So mom had to hobble over to your machine without her walker not having an extra hand or arm (MINE), getting dizzy

Then your staff PUSHIED and SHOVED mom to get her into the machine causing her to also fall MULTIPLE times. Mom had to grab the side of your machine, but your staff didn't like that so she told mom to move her arm and quit grabbing the machine

Your staff member PULLED mom's robe off and put it on the floor AGAIN causing mom to lose her balance AGAIN

So much for mom's modesty and dignity

Mom ALWAYS wears a dress, because they're easier for her to get on and off. Mom had worn pants under her dress to the appointment, because she'd have to take her dress off for the exam. After the exam was over mom sat down on the chair, bent over to take off her pants so she didn't have to wear them under her dress. She lost her balance again

Your staff HOOVERED over her as if she was saying to herself, "Hurry up. I have other appointments."

Mom almost fell off the chair as she tried to change her clothes. I'm usually present to help her

Not only did your staff further traumatize my mom, your staff also pushed mom's to her limits further irritating her bad knee, messing up her vision some more and causing her blood pressure to rise

IF your staff member had read mom's medical file she would've known ALL ABOUT MOM'S MEDICAL CHALLENGES, but I doubt she did

Mom walked out of the the exam area into the lobby and said, "SHE SHOULDN'T BE IN THIS FIELD." She said it loud enough for the receptionist to hear

NOPE we won't ever be visiting your office again and you're 1/2 mile away from her apartment

No need to reply, NOTHING will change my opinion of your office and your staff. The receptionist on duty was VERY nice
